RRB Group D 2018 Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates are advised to first check the Educational qualification and age limit of RRB / RRC Railway Group D Vacancy 2018 (CEN 02/2018) because only eligible candidates will be able to fill RRB Group D 2018 Application Form.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have done 10th or ITI from institutions recognised by NCVT / SCVT or its equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

• Click on the ” New Registration link”

• A Registration number and password will be displayed on the screen
• Login again using the registration number and password
• Fill the asked relevant details carefully (Stage II completed)
• Now make the application fee payment through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ e-challan/ pay-in-slip payable any bank .
• Download the bank template by clicking on the option mentioned.
• Now affix your passport sized photograph and signature along with left-hand thumb impression, also copy the declaration
• Scan the filled template in the format given in the instructions
• Submit the application form but before that check it carefully and take out print for further use.

RRB Group D 2018 Application Fee :

General and OBC candidates will have pay Rs. 500 and other category candidates will have to pay Rs. 250/- before 12th March 2018. The Application Fee is non-refundable.

Railway Group D 2018 Exam Pattern :

As we know, the RRB / RRC Group D official notification is expected to be released on 10th February. The RRB Group D 2018 Exam Pattern is not available now, but after the release of official notification, we will update full RRC / RRB Group D Exam Pattern (CEN 02/2018) for all the posts which will be released by Railway recruitment board. For the reason that, exam pattern is most important to know that how many questions will be asked in the exam, total exam education, total number of marks, negative marking, weightage of each right answer, etc. Therefore, candidates are advised to first read the exam pattern before starting preparation.

• The Exam will have all Objective Type Questions
• The Questions will be asked of the Subjects such as general knowledge/ awareness/ mathematics / reasoning etc.

RRB Group D 2018 Syllabus :

General knowledge: Geography, Indian History, freedom Struggle, Culture & Sports, General Polity & Constitution of India, Economics, General Science, Current affairs & Reasoning and Analytical Ability of 10th Standard. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy & Scientific Research. Questions from General Science may ask in Ample amount.

Awareness: Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person.

Mathematics: Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals & Fractions, Relationship between Numbers, Fundamental Arithmetical Operations, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, Profit & Loss, Simple Interest, Average, Discount, Partnership, Time & Work, Time and Distance, Use of Tables & Graphs, Mensuration.

Reasoning: Both verbal and non-verbal type. this component may include questions on analogies similarities and differences, space visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Male: Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 (one thousand) meters in 4 (four) minutes & 15 (fifteen) seconds in one chance.

Female: Should be able to run for a distance of 400 (four hundred) meters in 3 (three) minutes & 10 (ten) seconds in one chance.

Railway Group D 2018 Selection Process :

Candidates selection will be based on the written examination, if anyone will not clear the written examination then will not be shortlisted for the next round.

Railway Group D 2018 Admit Card :

As per the revealed updates, RRB Group D 2018 examination will be conducted after one or two of application form submission. RRB / RRC will release Group D Admit card before 7 to 10 days of examination on the official website. However, only those candidates will be able to download RRB Group D 2018 Admit Card, who will submit the application form successfully.
