Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship, West Bengal 2017 invites application from girl students who have passed class 12th in 2017. The objective of this program is to promote girls higher education. The selected students will receive INR 2000 pm, annual book grant of INR 2000 for up to 5 years.

• Open to girl students from West Bengal only
• Should be class 12 passed in 2017 from any Board and studying Basic Science/Medicine/ Engineering in any institute of West Bengal

        Purpose/Awards: INR 2000 pm, annual book grant of INR 2000 for up to 5 years

       Eligibility: Class 12 passed

How to Apply

The application can be done online or by post with the following steps:
Online:
Step 1: Before filling the online application form, the student needs to make the payment of application fee INR 100 through this link. You can make your online payment through net banking/debit card/credit card or you can generate online challan and deposit the fee at any branch of SBI.
Step 2: Kindly obtain bank transaction ID (starting with DU) on payment of the application fee. Without this bank transaction ID applicant will not be able to submit their application.
Step 3: Fill all required details.
Step 4: Upload passport size photograph and signature only in JPEG format only (maximum file size should be 1MB each).
Step 5: Upload class 12th mark sheet (maximum file size should be 1MB each).
Step 6: Upload the proof of admission (maximum file size should be 1MB each).

By post:
Step 1: Download the application form or collect it form IACT AMLASULI
Step 2: Fill all the details.
Step 3: Attach the required documents.
Step 4: Send it to given address:

Documents required to be attached:

• Three recent passport size photographs to be affixed in the boxes provided in the application form
• Photocopy of the original mark sheet of 12th standard equivalent examination
• Bank Draft of INR 200 (non-refundable) payable at Kolkata in favor of ‘Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search’ as examination fee
• Self-addressed envelope with postal stamp of INR 10 (envelope size 20 cm x 12 cm) for sending Admit Card
• Proof of 1st-year admission (if available)
